Kevin Dunagan

Mr. Dunagan is Outside General Counsel to businesses in oil and gas, consulting, healthcare, construction and consumer services.  He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in labor and employment law and is also a certified Mediator. 

In addition to his General Counsel practice, Mr. Dunagan regularly defends private employers in federal and state court litigation. Mr. Dunagan also represents private employers before such agencies as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Texas Workforce Commission and the Department of Labor.  Additionally, Mr. Dunagan conducts training sessions on best employment practices and lectures on a wide variety of employment issues.

As a former law clerk to Administrative Law Judge Mona Reed, of the EEOC in Houston, Mr. Dunagan possesses unique knowledge of the practices and procedures of the EEOC.  Mr. Dunagan uses this experience and knowledge to efficiently navigate clients through the EEOC processes related to charge filings, investigations, mediation and conciliation.

Mr. Dunagan is a member of the Houston and American Bar Associations, and the State Bar of Texas (Labor and Employment Law, and Sports and Entertainment Law). He earned his B.B.A. from Baylor University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
